Also purchased in eDominate's Suite is eCommerce Manager (eCM) a front-end web-based piece that embeds into ComNet's website. When demonstrated, it made perfect sense to Mr. Lucas. In addition to eCM's ability to communicate directly and securely through the Commercial LOS system directly with ComNet's brokers, investors, and prospective borrowers, it can assist them in locating and researching properties, it offers eTuitive Cross-Sell, a product that automatically presents alternative financing products. "We hope to eventually branch into the equipment lending arena, and having the ability to cross-sell across the two lending arenas is huge," said Mr. Lucas.
The eManagement Center portion of the Suite has the ability to track and report loans, predict training needs, conduct audits and manage time measurement issues.
In a very complex commercial market, Jeff Lucas is thankful that he has his ideal LOS system in place.
